Purpose
Povly is a user-generated advice community. Povly is not directed to children, and the app does not allow content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, solicits, or sexualizes minors.
Prohibited content and conduct
Povly prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).
- Sexual content involving minors or people presented as minors.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to move minors to unsafe contact channels.
- Requests for sexual images, sexual conversations, private contact, or personal identifying information from minors.
- Links, coded language, instructions, or attempts to evade moderation related to CSAE or CSAM.
Reporting
Users can report unsafe or abusive content in the app using report controls. Anyone can also contact Povly at [email protected] with child safety concerns.
Review and enforcement
Povly reviews reported content and may remove content, restrict accounts, block users, preserve moderation records, or take other safety actions when content appears to violate these standards, Povly Terms, or applicable law.
Legal compliance and escalation
Povly complies with applicable child safety laws and reports apparent CSAM, CSAE, or related child safety threats to relevant regional or national authorities where required by law. Povly may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement or child safety authorities.
